Steve and Ryan began working together when Ryan, a landlord, started coming to Steve's meetup group near Wilkes-Barre PA. The two became friends and Ryan started taking Steve's training course around the time of the COVID pandemic. Throughout COVID, they developed and launched Hunting for Homes, with Ryan handling seller/buyer acquisition and Steve managing most of the paperwork and process. Real world, hands on training - just as they offer today.
